Service Offered At Middle Ground DRS

                                                MEDIATION SERVICES

Having a neutral third party to support difficult conversations and sensitive topics can make all the difference. At At Middle Ground DRS, we approach every case with compassion, empathy, and understanding, creating a safe and respectful space where participants feel heard, supported, and empowered to work collaboratively toward meaningful and practical solutions.

Mediation is designed to reduce conflict, improve communication, and help people move forward with clarity and confidence.

Parenting Mediation

Parenting mediation supports parents in developing practical and child-focused parenting plans, communication agreements, and decision-making strategies.
It creates a structured and supportive environment where difficult conversations can happen productively, helping parents stay focused on the best interests and well-being of their child(ren) while building a plan they can realistically follow.

Family Mediation

Family mediation helps families work through disagreements in a respectful and solution-focused way.
This may include parent–teen conflict, sibling disagreements, care planning for aging parents, co-habitation agreements, and other family-related challenges.
The goal is to strengthen communication, reduce tension, and create agreements that support healthier family relationships moving forward.

Landlord–Tenant Mediation

Landlord–tenant mediation helps address housing concerns before they escalate into legal disputes. Mediation can support conversations around repairs, communication breakdowns, arrears, lease concerns, and problem-solving to maintain stable housing whenever possible. In many cases, mediation helps prevent eviction proceedings by creating practical, mutually agreed-upon solutions.

Workplace Mediation

Workplace mediation supports employees, colleagues, and business partners in resolving tension and restoring professional working relationships.
This process helps improve communication, address misunderstandings, and create clear agreements so teams can move forward in a healthier and more productive way.

Community Mediation

Community mediation helps individuals and groups resolve disputes in shared spaces and community environments. This may include neighbor conflicts, shared property concerns, group communication challenges, and other community-based disputes. The focus is on restoring dialogue, reducing conflict, and building sustainable solutions that work for everyone involved.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching offers personalized, one-on-one support to help you navigate difficult conversations and complex relationships with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we explore your situation, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies so you can communicate more effectively, set boundaries, and move forward with intention.
