Get to know At Middle Ground DRS!

Our Story

At Middle Ground DRS is a small company, but we have a BIG heart—especially when it comes to conflict resolution. We believe that conflict isn’t something to fear; it’s an opportunity for understanding, growth, and meaningful change.  Our company was built on a simple but powerful belief: in any conflict, every voice deserves to be heard.

We support individuals, families, and organizations as they navigate disagreements and moments of impasse, through mediation, conflict coaching, facilitation, and training. Whether the situation is personal, relational, or workplace-focused, we show up with empathy, respect, and practical, solution-focused guidance that helps people move forward with clarity and confidence.

At Middle Ground DRS, we don’t just resolve conflict—we help people understand each other, rebuild trust, and create lasting change.

About the Founder

At Middle Ground DRS is led by founder Gina Petri-Morillo, who brings more than 16 years of experience in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Gina believes deeply in the “magic” of mediation—the transformative power that emerges when people feel supported, understood, and capable of charting their own path forward.

Gina’s natural compassion and unwavering commitment to helping people navigate conflict with confidence are at the core of her work. Her extensive background has shaped a practical, empathetic, and highly effective approach to the way she mediates, coaches, trains, and supports clients.

Her passion for this work is—and always will be—the heart of At Middle Ground DRS.
